1. Please download the “Faculty and Staff Union of Yokohama National University Application Form” from below. (If you cannot download the file, please contact the union office.)
2. Please fill out and submit the application form by one of the methods below:
(1) Email it as attachment file to the union office
(2) Submit it directly to the union office
(3) Send it through campus mail to the union office
(4) Send it through postal mail to the union office
3. The union fees are as follows. Please choose from one of the below on the application form.
(1) Annual fee 13,800 yen (monthly fee 1,150 yen) for full-time employees for whom the following figure (noted toward bottom left of your paycheck) is “6” or more: 級 + (号俸÷20)
(2) Annual fee 6,900 yen (monthly fee 575 yen) for full-time employees for whom the following figure (noted toward bottom left of your paycheck) is less than “6”: 級 + (号俸÷20)
(3) Annual fee 2,760 yen (monthly fee 230 yen) for part-time employees.
If you have any questions, please ask the union office.
4. The union office will inform you of the method of payment after you join.
